Electricity is near by & may be connected via a short cable run to the house. The olive crop currently brings in around €800 a year & require very little work in terms of maintenance. If this is not for you, then I ma sure one of the local farmers would love to take them over, & pay you a percentage of the profits, this is quite normal as the locals simply add them to their existing crop & gain an improved rate at processing time.
